It is a subscription-led D2C business with growing Amazon and retail presence. The business is now entering its next stage of disciplined, profitable growth and requires a commercially rigorous growth lead.

The Role:
Own profitable D2C growth and subscription economics.This is a commercial growth operator responsible for:

  • Improving LTV:CAC
  • Reducing subscription churn
  • Increasing conversion rate and AOV
  • Strengthening contribution margin
  • Building a structured experimentation engine

Key Responsibilities:

1. Subscription & Commercial Growth

  • Optimise subscription funnel performance
  • Improve second to third order retention
  • Model incentives, discounting and payback
  • Drive cohort profitability

2. Website & CRO

  • Own testing roadmap
  • Improve subscription uptake vs one-off
  • Increase revenue per session

3. Paid Performance Oversight

  • Oversee Meta and Google specialists
  • Own blended CAC efficiency
  • Challenge attribution and scaling decisions

4. Creative Testing Leadership

  • Establish structured creative testing frameworks
  • Improve testing velocity and learning loops
  • Align creative strategy with persona segments and subscription messaging

5. CRM & Retention

  • Improve lifecycle performance
  • Increase retention and reactivation

6. SEO & AI Search

  • Build structured SEO roadmap
  • Improve conversational and AI-driven discoverability

7. Amazon

  • Improve listing performance and profitability

Skills & Experience:

  • 6–10+ years in D2C growth roles
  • Strong subscription experience
  • FMCG or consumables background preferred
  • Commercially literate and margin-aware
  • Comfortable working fractionally

  • Reduced churn
