SMS TERMS OF USE & CONDITIONS
If you consent to provide your mobile phone number to G Ology Limited, we may use this information to send you marketing and transactional SMS updates about your requests, orders, and other feedback. We may also share this information with a third party to aid in sending text messages via SMS or SMS short codes. The number and size of messages will vary per user based on evaluation/treatment length and stages. Reply 'STOP' to any SMS message to unsubscribe from SMS updates.
G Ology Limited does not charge any users fees to send or receive text messages. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, and you should contact your mobile carrier to understand what message and data rates may apply. The wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. G Ology Limited will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages connected with our SMS Gateway. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator.
G Ology Limited respects your privacy. We will only use the information you provide to transmit text messages to you. Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. Text messages through your wireless carrier/service provider are not secure messages through encryption or similar technology, and therefore you should take care to include only the content you wish to share in the texts to our Customer Care agents. G Ology Limited respects your right to privacy. For clarity, this section is subject to G Ology Limited's obligations regarding SMS communications in the UK.
REFER A FRIEND TERMS OF USE
Referrer Rewards
The Referrer is the person who sends a referral code to a new customer.
The Referrer is offered £5 off for each friend who orders for the first time.
In order for the referral to qualify the referred friend must be a new customer to G Spot and over the age of 18.
There is no requirement for the referrer to be an existing G Spot customer.
In order to share this offer the Referrer must be over the age of 18.
Rewards will not be cumulative towards a single order. If multiple qualifying referrals are made to G Spot, multiple rewards will be delivered to the Referrer. Each £5 discount code can only be applied to an individual order at a time. Multiple discount codes cannot be applied to a single order.
A Referrer may not earn more than 10 referrals within any 24 hour period.
Rewards will be delivered to the Referrer on the day of the referred friend's purchase providing the transaction has been completed. The Referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has purchased and when the reward has been earned.
Rewards will be valid for 12 months from the date earned by the referrer.
Referral rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
G Spot reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referred Friend or Referrer at any time.
Referred Friend Rewards
The Referred friend is offered 50% off when they first click the link sent by the referrer.
The reward is valid for 30 days from the date of Referral.
In order to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to G Spot and over the age of 18.
Any rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.
The Referred friend reward cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral.
Referred friend rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
There are limits in place on how many and how frequently referrals can be made by any single referrer. Rewards may not be given if those limits are exceeded.
