These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Camp Miasma Competition Terms & Conditions
Competition Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Camp Miasma Competition (the "Competition") organised by G Spot Beverages Limited, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser." By entering the Competition, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before entering.
Eligibility
The Competition is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
The Competition is open to entrants worldwide. However, winners of any physical prize must be able to provide a UK delivery address for the fulfilment of their prize. The Organiser will not ship prizes to addresses outside the United Kingdom.
Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Organiser are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period
The Competition entry period begins on 31st July 2026 and ends on 7th August 2026 at 11:59pm BST (the "Entry Period").
Winners will be selected at random and contacted by email by 5:00pm BST on 7th August 2026.
How to Enter
To enter the Competition, complete the Camp Liability Waiver via the link provided and submit your details during the Entry Period.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
Prizes
The prizes available in the Competition are:

1 of 5 pairs of tickets to a special preview screening of Camp Miasma on Friday 14th August 2026 in London, including an introduction from Gillian Anderson.

1 of 5 exclusive Camp Miasma merchandise packs, including a ringer t-shirt, bandana, socks, camping mug, and a collectible Awaken x Camp Miasma can.

1 of 5 cases of the Limited Edition Camp Miasma Awaken 4-pack.
The screening ticket prize consists of two unallocated seats for the screening of Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma on Friday 14th August 2026 at a London venue.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Transport, accommodation, and any other expenses associated with claiming or using a prize are not included.
Physical prizes will only be delivered to a UK address provided by the winner. Winners who are unable to provide a UK delivery address may forfeit their prize, and the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
General
The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Competition at any time where necessary.
The Organiser's decision in relation to all aspects of the Competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering the Competition, participants agree that their personal information will be used for the administration of the Competition and in accordance with the Organiser's Privacy Policy.
These Terms and the Competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Blue Light Card Terms & Conditions
Offer Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern our exclusive Offer for Blue Light Card holders, organised by G Spot Beverages Limited, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser." By using the discount, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read our full Terms carefully before entering.
Eligibility:
The Offer is available to individuals who are 16 years of age or older at the time of entry, and hold a Blue Light Card. The participant must be UK.
Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the organiser are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period:
The Offer entry period begins on 11th March 2025 and ends on 31st December 2025 at 11.59pm GMT (the "Entry Period").
How to Use:
To redeem the discount code, search for it on the Blue Light Card website, open the offer and utilise the discount code on www.thisisgspot.com.
Code Use:
The code can be redeemed for 15% off any one-time order on thisisgspot.com. The discount is not valid on subscription orders, and cannot be used in conjunction with another discount code.
General Conditions:
The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate for any reason.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Offer in its sole discretion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond the organiser's control impair the integrity of the Offer.
This competition is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations in its jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability:
The organiser, its agents, and representatives shall not be responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or incorrect entries, or for any problems or technical malfunctions of computer systems or servers.
Privacy:
Any personal information provided in connection with the Offer will be kept by G Spot Beverages Limited, subject to the Organisation’s privacy policy.
By participating in the Offer, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these Terms and any other specific rules or guidelines provided by the organiser. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in disqualification from the Offer.
