Competition Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Advent Calendar of Pleasure Giveaway (the "Competition") organised by G Spot Beverages Limited, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser." By entering the Competition, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read our full Terms carefully before entering.
Eligibility:
The Competition is open to individuals who are 16 years of age or older at the time of entry. The participant must be UK or US based.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern our exclusive Offer for Blue Light Card holders, organised by G Spot Beverages Limited, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser." By using the discount, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read our full Terms carefully before entering.
Eligibility:
The Offer is available to individuals who are 16 years of age or older at the time of entry, and hold a Blue Light Card. The participant must be UK.
Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the organiser are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period:
The Offer entry period begins on 11th March 2025 and ends on 31st December 2025 at 11.59pm GMT (the "Entry Period").
How to Use:
To redeem the discount code, search for it on the Blue Light Card website, open the offer and utilise the discount code on www.thisisgspot.com.
Code Use:
The code can be redeemed for 15% off any one-time order on thisisgspot.com. The discount is not valid on subscription orders, and cannot be used in conjunction with another discount code.
General Conditions:
The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate for any reason.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Offer in its sole discretion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond the organiser's control impair the integrity of the Offer.
This competition is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations in its jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability:
The organiser, its agents, and representatives shall not be responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or incorrect entries, or for any problems or technical malfunctions of computer systems or servers.
