RIBOSE

Naturally occurring in the body and required for many essential processes. Often used in an active lifestyle with the aim of providing energy and reducing fatigue.

MACA

Also known as Peruvian Ginseng, Maca has a history of use in food and ancient medicine. Traditionally used for wide ranging benefits such as elevation of mood, reduction in anxiety and an increase in energy.

Cordyceps

One of nature’s most intriguing mushrooms, often used to increase energy and performance. With its long spindles you might recognise it from The Last of Us (but don’t let that scare you!)

    Gives a real lift

    I honestly feel that this gives me a boost, and in a way unlike caffeine. Not jitters or scattered like too much coffee, more focused and upbeat.

    Maybe it’s a placebo effect. If it is I don’t care because it works!

    As it’s a little treat, it replaces the little booze treats you might usually have too.
