BACOPA RIBOSE MACA Cordyceps Theanine Zinc Reishi Magnesium Ginger Turmeric Peppercorn Chaga Vitamin B6 L-Citrulline BUTTERFLY PEA L-ARGININE

BACOPA

A cornerstone of Ayurvedic practice, a herb revered for its association with memory, concentration, and reducing anxiety.

RIBOSE

Naturally occurring in the body and required for many essential processes. Often used in an active lifestyle with the aim of providing energy and reducing fatigue.

MACA

Also known as Peruvian Ginseng, Maca has a history of use in food and ancient medicine. Traditionally used for wide ranging benefits such as elevation of mood, reduction in anxiety and an increase in energy.

Cordyceps

One of nature’s most intriguing mushrooms, often used to increase energy and performance. With its long spindles you might recognise it from The Last of Us (but don’t let that scare you!)

Theanine

An amino acid found plentifully in tea and some mushrooms. Mainly associated with anxiety and stress relief, theanine increases GABA, serotonin and dopamine levels.

Zinc

An essential mineral within the body, supporting proper metabolic function and the immune system.

Reishi

Used traditionally for centuries, Reishi, like many mushrooms, is experiencing a surge in popularity. Traditionally associated with mood and stress reduction.

Magnesium

A mineral that plays many important roles in many different functions within the body. Often associated with sleep and mood.

Ginger

Celebrated for both its flavour and function, ginger is used in many cultures for its antioxidant and antibacterial properties, as well as potential to improve digestion.

Turmeric

A cornerstone of Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine, Turmeric’s active ingredient, Curcumin, is revered for its potential antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Peppercorn

Peppercorn contains the active ingredient Piperine, which makes the Curcumin contained in Turmeric more bioavailable to the body. The perfect partnership!

Chaga

Used traditionally in Siberia and Northern European countries as an immunity booster, Chaga has grown in mainstream popularity for its potential health benefits.

Vitamin B6

Naturally occurring in foods like chickpeas and tofu, Vitamin B6 is one of 8 B vitamins and is important for proper cell function. It can often be consumed to help regulate hormonal activity and reduce tiredness and fatigue.

L-Citrulline

A naturally occurring amino acid made by the body but also found in watermelon! L-citrulline is often taken as a supplement due to its association with improved blood flow.

BUTTERFLY PEA

Also known by the scientific name Clitoria Ternatea, this striking blue flower is rich in antioxidants and Ternatins. Traditionally used as an aphrodisiac for its association with increasing blood flow and sexual desire.

L-ARGININE

A naturally occurring amino acid that is converted in the body to nitric oxide. Can be associated with increased flow to sexual organs which may improve libido.

    Love love love these

I have a complaint about these drinks. I bought them as I thought the flavours sounded so interesting and slightly odd so my husband wouldn't be tempted to pinch them. They are delicious!!! Everyone in the house likes them and my fridge keeps emptying!

    Simply Divine

I really fell in love with all of the flavours at first sip. They are so delightfully naughty tasting without the guilt, and I loved reading about each nootropic ingredient and their benefits! My top two favourites were Awaken and Protect. I especially love that they are caffeine free and are very natural tasting despite not containing any added sugar - not overly sweet, just absolutely perfect!

    Great job, Gillian and Team!

    Great Mixture of Drinks

Was so pleased with the taste of the g-spot drink so refreshing to reach for a can in the evening instead of my usual Diet Coke.

Thank you for experimenting with these drinks.

    Love them
